Interest in working with us:
What interests me about working for Calculated Performance is the clear focus on individual player development and helping players maximise their potential through high-quality, detailed coaching. I really value environments where coaches can work closely with players to develop their technical ability, confidence and understanding of the game. From what I’ve seen, Calculated Performance places a strong emphasis on professionalism and creating a positive learning environment, which aligns well with my own coaching approach and the way I like to support players in their development.
Why they think they will be a good fit:
I believe I would be a good fit for a private coaching role because I enjoy working closely with players to support their individual development. I focus on creating structured, engaging sessions that help players improve technically while also building their confidence and understanding of the game. I value creating a positive and professional environment where players feel encouraged to challenge themselves and enjoy learning. I also understand the importance of clear communication with both players and parents, and I’m committed to helping players develop at their own pace and reach their full potential.
