Player must change direction and accelerate to the number and back to the middle pole.
Coach keeps calling different numbers.

Player goes through 2 sets of ‘Turning to Attack’ and 2 sets of ‘Escaping Pressure’, on both feet. 8 sets in total.
Turning to Attack (Space):
Receiving on the half turn
Passing into the wall
Passing back to the coach
Escaping Pressure (Pressure):
Receiving on the half turn
Touch to separate (body between ball and defender)
Feint move to escape, then pass into the wall

Explanation
Use the “Pressure / Space” awareness tool
The player accelerates in front of the mannequin to receive, scanning on the way in.
If they see “Pressure” they should take their touch to separate, perform a Feint move and turn, then pass into the goal.
If they see “Space” they should use one of the 4 techniques from Session 1 to turn and pass into the goal.
