  • Player starts with a bounce pass on the right of the mannequin
  • Player then bounce passes on the left of the mannequin
  • Player then drops backwards and works their feet through the speed ring
  • Player then repeats
  • Progress by vary the service (volley, ½ volley etc)

Duration: 15% (9 mins / 14 mins)
  • Player starts by running around the pole
  • Coach plays the ball into the space
  • Player runs onto the ball and strikes first time
  • Player aims to keep the ball in-between the markers
  • Player then receives from the rebounder and passes back to the coach, before accelerating around the pole
  • Repeat on both sides for technical balance

Duration: 15% (9 mins / 14 mins)
  • Player and coach bounce pass around the pole
  • Coach plays a through ball to the opposite side
  • Player accelerates and strikes the ball first time into the goal
  • As soon as the player strikes the first ball, the coach should pass in the second ball
  • Player must react and strike the second ball intothe opposite goal

Duration: 20% (12 mins / 18 mins)
  • Player starts by accelerating around the pole
  • Coach lays the first shot off for the player to strike
  • As soon as player strikes, they turn and accelerate around the pole again
  • Coach lays the second shot off for the player to strike
  • Encourage match speed and intensity
  • “Side foot, side netting”
