  • 1 =
    • Player balances on one leg and the coach calls a colour.
    • Whichever colour the coach calls the player must tap the top of the marker with their foot.
    • Coach then serves in a volley.
  • 2 =
    • Player performs a lateral jump to the marker and back, holding to balance for a second.
    • Coach can add in a bounce pass before the lateral jump.

  • Stop-start moves to focus on:
    • Dual Cut
    • Double Touch
    • Fake Shimmy
  • Player dribbles halfway up the channel and when inline with the red markers, performs a stop-start move

Duration: 15% (9 mins / 14 mins)
  • On the command the player dribbles forward and the coach presses the player from the side.
  • Player then performs one of the stop-start moves and once past the coach pass into the pop-up goal.
  • Player then repeats back the other way.

Duration: 20% (12 mins / 18 mins)
  • Player dribbles halfway up the channel and performs a stop-start move then carry to the top of the channel
  • Player performs a change of direction move and then finishes
