Bounce pass with the coach on the front foot.
Player back-pedals to middle marker.
Player spins 180 degree to accelerate back to the bottom marker.

Player accelerates towards the outside of the mannequin.
Coach plays a quick pass into the player.
Player receives with their front foot, taking their first touch beyond the mannequin.
Player dribbles to the bottom of the grid and performs a Change of Direction move.
Coach moves up the channel slightly to maintain a good serving position.
Player passes back to the coach to reset for the other side.

Explanation
Coach now serves through the middle of the grid.
Player starts by running on an angle.
Coach plays a quick pass into the player.
Coach dictates which direction the player takes their touch, depending on their movement. E.g. step left = take right, step right = take left.
Player uses the wall for a bounce pass, then dribbles to the bottom of the grid and performs a Change of Direction moves to reset.

Explanation
Player starts with a countermovement.
As the player is on their way back in the coach will play a quick pass to feet.
Player must take the first touch with their front foot, hitting the ball sideways across their body.
Player takes a shot once past the mannequin.
