Explanation
Start with a bounce pass.
Coach calls a colour for the player to move towards.
Player checks towards the colour called and then back to the centre.
Player should bounce pass using alternate feet for technical balance.
Work for 45 seconds.

Explanation
Player bounce passes through the middle of the gate.
Player then moves to the left and bounces on the outside of the gate.
Player then returns back to the middle to play a bounce pass, before moving to the right.
Player bounces on the outside of the right pole.
Progress to add a first touch on the outside of the pole to bring it back into the middle.

Explanation
Same as before but use the “Left/Right” awareness training tool.
Before the player receives they scan to see which direction to move.
Player performs a bounce pass on the outside before returning back to the middle and repeat again.

Player bounces their way through the markers. 1 on the outside, 1 through the middle.
Coach then lays the ball off for the player to run onto and shoot.
Repeat both sides for technical balance.
