Then work both feet over the hurdles
Make harder by asking the player to perform single leg hops over the hurdles.

Player starts by carrying the ball through the channel and performs an Attacking Move.
Player can then perform a change of direction move at the top of the channel and repeat back to the bottom.
Make sure to work the skill on both sides for technical balance.

Coach now stands in the middle of the channel and adds gradual pressure to the player.
The player beats the coach with an Attacking Move and then looks up to the awareness tool. You should use the “Left/Right” training tool.
The player should then pass into the goal, whichever way the arrow is pointing
