Then work both feet over the hurdles
Make harder by asking the player to perform single leg hops over the hurdles.

Player starts by knocking the ball out of their feet and carrying up to the top of the channel.
Coach runs behind the player adding pressure from behind
Player then performs anAttacking Move to escape the pressure, before passing into a mini goal
The player should complete a set escaping to their strong side, and then their weak side for technical balance

However, the player can now escape either side and once they do, they should look up to the awareness tool.
You should use the “Colour” awareness tool.
The player should pass into the mini-goal, based on which colour is shown on the awareness tool

The player then gets in between the ball and the coach and performs an Attacking Move to escape
Once the player has escaped the pressure then they can finish.
The coach should apply match-realistic pressure
