  • Player accelerates to the top marker.
  • Bounce pass with the coach on the front foot.
  • Player back-pedals to middle marker.
  • Player spins 180 degree to accelerate back to the bottom marker.

Duration: 15% (9 mins / 14 mins)
  • Player starts by accelerating in front of the mannequin.
  • Player secures the ball and creates separation, using the sole/outside of their front foot.
  • Player then performs a Feint Move to evade pressure, before taking it down the opposite side of the mannequin.
  • Player then bounce passes into the wall, and back to the coach to reset.
  • Repeat both sides for technical balance.

Duration: 15% (9 mins / 14 mins)
  • Same as before but now use the ‘Arrow’ training tool.
  • The player will scan just before running in front of the mannequin.
  • The player must take the ball down the side of which the arrow showed.
  • This forces a decision as if the arrow shows right, the player must perform a feint move to the left and vice versa.

Duration: 20% (12 mins / 18 mins)
  • Player will accelerate from the centre of the pitch to in front of the mannequin.
  • Player must take their first touch away from the mannequin with the sole/outside of the front foot to create separation.
  • Player then performs a Feint Move to evade pressure.
  • Player then exits down the outside of the mannequin to shoot.
