    • Player holds on one leg
    • Performs 10 volleys before changing the standing leg
    • Repeating on both sides
  • 2 =
    • Player starts by performing a volley
    • Then work both feet over the hurdles
    • Make harder by asking the player to perform single leg hops over the hurdles.

  • Set out a diamond shape
  • The player starts by dribbling to the left or the right marker, and perform an attacking move
  • The player then carries the ball to the top of the diamond and performs a change of direction move before accelerating to the bottom marker.
  • Player should complete the first set on their strong side and then their weak side for technical balance.

  • Same as before, however, the player should perform a bounce pass with the coach after they complete their change of direction move at the top of the diamond.
  • The player should then pass into the mini-goal.
  • Make it harder by having the player perform an attacking move on the coach rather than a bounce pass.

Duration: 20% (12 mins / 18 mins)
  • This is a 2-shot shooting practice.
  • The 1st shot is a simple pass into the player, with the player performing an attacking move against the coach before finishing.
  • The coach then lays a ball off in space for the player to run back to.
  • When the player arrives at the ball, they should perform a change of direction move before taking their 2nd shot
