Explanation
Start with a bounce pass.
Coach calls a colour for the player to move towards.
Player checks towards the colour called and then back to the centre.
Player should bounce pass using alternate feet for technical balance.
Work for 45 seconds.

1 = low driven pass into the coach
2 = short bounce pass
3 = movement away on an angle and bounce pass into the wall
4 = pass back to the coach

Same as before but as player moves away, they should scan the awareness tool.
Use “Pressure / Space” awareness tool.
“Pressure” = pass back to the coach
“Space” = turn and pass into the goal

Player bounce passes around the left cone, and drops back to receive behind the bottom cone.
Player takes their touch around the bottom cone and passes back to the coach.
The coach and player then bounce around the right cone and the player then takes a positive first touch before finishing.
