  • The player will accelerate to the top of the box.
  • The coach will then play a bounce pass with the player.
  • The coach will call “white / black”.
  • The player runs in front of the marker called, whilst facing the ball, then accelerate diagonally to the bottom marker.

  • The player will accelerate on a diagonal angle – alternating for Technical Balance.
  • The player opens their body to receive on the half turn, halfway up the channel.
  • The player should then dribble to the bottom of the channel and perform a Change of Direction move.

  • Use the number awareness tool.
  • Player scans before receiving.
  • Assign a visual cue to an action (e.g. if the player sees an odd number they turn, if they see an even number they play a bounce pass into the wall)

  • Player starts by accelerating behind the mannequin and twisting to receive on the half turn.
  • The player will then dribble into the mannequin performing an Attacking Move before finishing.​
  • Work on both sides for Technical Balance.​
