Work for 45 seconds on each station with a 15 second rest in between
1 = single leg, hop & hold
2 = single leg quick hops
3 = 90-degree single leg hop & hold, into a volley

Player dribbles into one side of the triangle and performs a270-degree change of direction move
Player then dribbles to the top of the triangle and performs a 180-degree change of direction move
Player finishes by accelerating through the gate at the bottom
