Explanation
Player manipulates the ball in the centre of the box to start
Coach calls a colour
Player must move to the colour called, leaving the ball in the middle
Player returns to manipulating the ball

Player starts with the ball
Player dribbles around the middle cone then to either the left/right cone
Player dribbles around the outside cone
Player then accelerates to the opposite cone, before dribbling back to the start
Make sure to repeat on both sides for technical balance
Progress to include a stop-start move on the wayback

The player will now look up on their approach to the middle cone
Player must now react to the direction of the arrow that they see
Progress to include an Attacking Move – feinting togo one way before dribbling the other way

Player receives the ball on the inside of their foot, quickly snapping it towards goal with the outside of their foot
Player should look to receive the ball facing the defender up
