  • Set up 3 stations
  • Work for 45 seconds on each station with a 15 second rest in between
  • 1 = single leg, hop & hold
  • 2 = single leg quick hops
  • 3 = 90-degree single leg hop & hold, into a volley

  • Player dribbles to the first marker and performs a 270-degree change of direction move
  • Then dribbles to the second marker and performs the same move on the opposite side for technical balance
  • Encourage moves to be completed at game speed
  • Work in sets of 45 seconds, completing 2/3 sets per move

  • Coach now replaces the first marker to add gradual pressure to the player when they perform the first move
  • Player then performs a move on the second marker
  • The player performs a 180-degree change of direction move at the top of the channel
  • Player then plays a bounce pass with the coach and passes into the pop up goal

Duration: 20% (12 mins / 18 mins)
  • Player starts with a counter-movement
  • Coach passes into the player
  • Player then dribbles into the mannequin and performs a 270-degree change of direction move before finishing
