Player starts with a roll out of their feet
Player performs a low driven pass into the wall
Repeat for 10 strikes. Work both sides for technical balance.
Progress to the player either:
Rolling the ball in from knee height then strike
Throwing the ball in the air then striking off of a ½ volley

Player dribbles to the first marker and performs an Attacking Move (e.g. single/double scissor)
Player dribbles to the second marker and performs an outside twist off
Player then plays a low driven pass into the wall and receives
Player mirrors the practice on the way back then resets.
