  • Remember to work both sides for technical balance

  • Set up 3 stations
  • Work for 45 seconds on each station with a 15 second rest in between
  • 1 = single leg, hop & hold
  • 2 = single leg quick hops
  • 3 = 90-degree single leg hop & hold, into a volley

  • Player passes into the rebounder and follows the ball in to receive
  • Player receives on the half turn and dribble back through the gate
  • Player performs a 180-degree change of direction move and then repeats

  • Same as before, but now the Coach presses and follows the player, applying gradual pressure
  • Encourage the player to perform the change of direction moves on the safe side
  • Coach changes the side they press from each set

Duration: 20% (12 mins / 18 mins)
  • Player accelerates down the channel at game speed
  • Player performs a 180-degree change of direction move at the bottom of the channel and passes into the coach
  • Coach then sets the player around the mannequin to finish
